Planning your wedding dessert service

Tell us whether dessert follows dinner, joins the dancing or belongs at a shower, rehearsal dinner or welcome gathering. Include other desserts you are serving so we can discuss how the menu fits together.

What should we share with our planner?

Send your venue, guest estimate, dessert time and preferred setup. Include outside-vendor rules, arrival and collection windows, and your planner's contact details. Confirm the station footprint, equipment and any power requirements before finalizing the floor plan.

Can we choose our wedding flavors?

Share your favorites from the cookie and ice cream menus. Ask which selections and tasting arrangements are available for your date. Special themes or menu ideas need their own discussion and confirmation.

What about the location and dietary needs?

Include your exact venue when checking service arrangements. Tell us about allergies before selecting treats: products use shared equipment in a nut-containing environment. Review the ingredient and cross-contact information with the team.
